Coat Closet Organization Before and After

Do you have a coat closet that needs to be organized like ours does? Come organize with me! I wanted to show you our before and after handy work of our hall closet.

It’s a coat closet that had only one bar for hanging coats.
There was a lot of wasted space above the coat rod and below the coats. We thought that we could make this coat closet function a lot better than what it was doing. We also needed a nice place to store the vacuum and brooms.

We came up with a plan to move the existing coat rod up and add a second coat rod below it. But the one below it would be shorter to allow the vacuum to stand there.

We love making things better and we are excited that we where able to finally get this closet taken care of and do a little declutter. It’s so nice to be organized right? What are you working to organize today?
