20-Minute Strength Yoga Class for Moms – CafeMom Yoga Studio

This 20-minute yoga workout is designed specifically for moms and their busy schedules. In this episode, build strength, and learn to use the power of your body to stay energized. Use in cooperation with the two other series to build flexibility and balance.

Sun salutation (Surya Namaskara A)
Mountain pose (Tadasana)
Standing forward bend (Uttanasana)
Downward facing dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
Plank pose
Handstand prep
Side plank pose (Vasisthasana)
Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III)
Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I)
Child’s pose (Balasana)
Corpse pose (Savasana)

After the 20-minute sequence, Jennifer demonstrates proper alignment and form of four poses:

Easy pose & hero pose (Sukhasana & Virasana)
