TIPS FOR A HOME YOGA PRACTICE | YOGA TUTORIAL
Start practicing yoga at home with these five tips from YYOGA teacher, Rachel Scott, including:
-- Stay motivated by creating a practice space, then scheduling it in.
-- Use what you’ve got. Don’t worry about fancy props, use what you have at home! You don’t need a lot of fancy equipment to do your practice.
-- Don’t let the fact that you’ve only got 5 minutes stop you from practicing. Even a micro practice does wonders for your mindfulness.
-- Find some friends! Get some allies. Practice and move together.
