Vinyasa yoga is the linking of breath with the conscious flow of movement. Mandala is the Sanskrit word for circle. Vinyasa yoga mandala flow is a style of yoga practice that builds cardiovascular heat in the body through a creative sequence of poses that move is in circles around the mat. This is a fun way to prctice yoga and besides stretching and strengthening your body, helps promote mind opening and neuroplasticity in the brain!
